Balance of Plant Engineering

The foundation of successful plants is its engineering. With specialization in various streams of engineering and years of experience adding to our credentials, and having a strong base in engineering of power, cogeneration, CHP plant with biomass, biogas & overall biogas plants. • Architectural design for all the buildings is based on pre-processing, processing & post-processing.
• Civil engineering is initiated with site geotechnical investigation. Grading the site and foundation design (Shallow/Deep) is based on the weight of the structures, soil conditions, and seismic activity in the region. Storm water drains, process water supply and drainage.
• Structural Design for all structural buildings including code calculations, general arrangement, connection design, manufacturing drawings, BOQ etc.,
• Mechanical engineering includes sizing of auxiliaries & systems, layout engineering. Primary focus on Equipment considerations, safety & complying with Environmental regulations.
• Piping Design for the piping runs and material selection. Pipes - Connector of equipment. Conceptual piping layout, P&IDs that includes engineering for pipes (both UG & AG), valves, pumps, tanks, etc.,
